The Trust was founded with the noble mission of providing healthcare services dedicated to the welfare of humanity.Even before the Trust's formal establishment, Professor Dr. Rowshan Ara Begum, the Chairperson of the Trust, initiated free medical services in 1986, providing healthcare to the local community at no cost.

Recognizing the urgent healthcare needs of the poor, disadvantaged, underprivileged, and financially distressed people, Sahera–Hasan Memorial Hospital was subsequently established through the visionary leadership of Professor Dr. Rowshan Ara Begum and with funding from the Trust.
The hospital was founded as a non-profit general hospital, equipped with emergency services and committed to providing round-the-clock medical care.
During its initial six months, all surgical procedures were performed free of charge. Thereafter, surgeries have continued to be offered at only a nominal fee, solely to cover the hospital's operating expenses.

The hospital is located in the scenic village of Chandair, under Garpara Union of Manikganj District, approximately 60 kilometers from Dhaka. The hospital comprises three buildings—two two-storied buildings and one single-storied building—with a total capacity of 20 beds.
The hospital is equipped with modern medical facilities and modern operation theatres. It follows a comprehensive hospital management system and provides high-quality healthcare through experienced specialist physicians.
