Sahera Hasan Midwifery Institute
Established in 2015 and approved by the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council, the institute is dedicated to producing skilled midwives to improve maternal and newborn health. Located in a modern four-story building, it offers hostel facilities, lab-classrooms, and free accommodation with meals. Students receive hands-on clinical training under experienced doctors at the district hospital. The program features qualified faculty, scholarships for deserving candidates, and promising job opportunities both at home and abroad. Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, the institute aims to reduce maternal mortality, with its first batch completing training in 2025 and now preparing for licensing exams.
